I would continue to try to find a solution and explain the importance to the members of the senior management team. They don’t believe there is a necessity to make those adjustments but showing them why there is a necessity for it, will help change their minds. Showing them the long term returns for the company if the changes are done will be immense, meanwhile if they don’t and the country keeps being polluted it won’t just be the environment but the people that will suffer and long term profit will diminish.
